Administrative roles at RED SHORES provide vital support and contribute to our business success.
We seek individuals that are flexible to work both independently and as part of a team. Administrative Assistants must have the ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment, have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications is also a must.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food & Beverage personnel play a key role in maintaining a high level of customer service, with a high caliber of food quality, and delivery of service.
We seek individuals that are friendly, outgoing, and who are flexible to work a variety of shifts and hours, both independently and as part of a team. Food & Beverage personnel must possess strong organizational skills, interpersonal, and communication skills; along with being able to work in a fast-paced environment, while meeting and exceeding customer service standards.
CAGE & COUNT: Cashier
Cage & Count personnel control cash and paper transactions throughout the centre with efficiency and accuracy. Their responsibilities are to exchange currency, receive, record and reconcile all monetary related transactions. Understanding of the Harness Racing and Gaming industries are definite assets.
Dealers compliment our Table Game operation as our point of customer contact. Their responsibilities are game execution; control and maintenance of house rules, purchase of chips for play at table locations and tracking of financial transactions. Understandings of Table Games, such as, Texas Hold’em and Blackjack are an asset.
We seek individuals that are professional, customer service orientated and comfortable carrying out monetary duties. Individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment, while interacting with others are sure to enjoy working in the Gaming Department.
Responsible for protecting company assets, patrons and employees of RED SHORES, Security Personnel enjoy a high level of job fulfillment in their roles.
From a Security perspective, we seek individuals with proven experience, along with first-aid training. Individuals possessing strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills are sure to enjoy working in Security.
The Surveillance Department in collaboration with the Security Department assists in promoting a safe and secure workplace and Gaming facility. Surveillance personnel are responsible for the constant observation of all company areas and report occurrences that may be detrimental to the security and welfare of the patron, employee or company asset.
Individuals possessing strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail are sure to enjoy working in Surveillance.
This team of marketers has a strong commitment to understanding our consumers and has a clear focus on building a strong brand, and establishing working relationships with our guests.
Working collaboratively with our advertising, media and promotion partners our team continually develops and implements exciting programs and initiatives for our valued guests.
The Audit department is responsible for revenue and compliance audits, and accounting support for the site. Accounting duties include: creating revenue journal entries, reconciling transactions, and many other duties.
Individuals with strong mathematical skills and attention to detail perform well in the Audit department. Recommended skills and training include a working knowledge of accounting principles, intermediate to advanced computer spreadsheet experience, and the ability to successfully analyze and solve problems.
Keeping the RED SHORES grounds and facilities in top-notch shape is no small feat. It’s the little things that keep our state-of-the-art facility in mint condition.

ELECTRONIC GAMING DEVICE OPERATIONS (CUSTOMER SERVICE)
Customer Service Representatives at RED SHORES play an integral role in ensuring that our customers’ expectations are exceeded.
Working on the Gaming floor and the RED SHORES REWARDS desk, Customer Service Representatives answer inquiries and provide assistance to our valued patrons and guests, ensuring an enjoyable experience.
A career in Customer Service requires people with strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-pace environment.
