SUMMERSIDE, PE – First Glance powered to the lead and never looked back in the Tuesday evening featured event at Red Shores at the Summerside Raceway.
The roan son of Thinking Out Loud cleared to the lead past the 28 second opening quarter and led through splits of 56.4 and 1:25.3 to close out the mile in 1:53.4 for driver Jason Hughes, trainer Jennifer Doyle and owner Danny Birt of Earnscliffe. Brookdale Johnny (Driven by Paul Langille) came first-over to finish three-quarters-of-a-length back in second while race favourite Howmac Charmer (Corey MacPherson) was third.
