SUMMERSIDE, PE — Mr Kelly will look to convert his consistent performances into a trip to the winner’s circle when he headlines the Tuesday evening program at Red Shores at the Summerside Raceway.
First race post time is 6 P.M. for the 15-dash presentation with the $3,900 featured pace lining up in Race 14.
Mr Kelly has been installed as the 5-2 morning line favorite from post 3 with Adam Merner handling the driving duties from his own stable. The eight-year-old son of Rollwithitharry has been a consistent force in the pacing ranks with three second-place finishes in his last four outings.

Howmac Charmer has post 6 in the field for driver Corey MacPherson and trainer Kyle Williams at odds of 3-1. The five-year-old son of Malicious was a winner in his latest outing, stopping the clock in 1:55.4 while defeating Tuesday night rival Hes Touring by a head. The Backstretch Beat likes Mr Kelly to get it all.
“A former stakes star in Atlantic Canada and has been facing some elite company again this season, finishing a strong third in his last start while race timed in 1:53.4. Merner knows this veteran better than anyone and tonight looks like his time to shine.”
The evening concludes with Race 15’s $2,800 pace where Marleys Boy has been established as the 5-2 morning line choice from post 1 with Ryan DesRoche in the bike for trainer Earl Watts. The four-year-old Betterthancheddar gelding was fourth in his latest outing, pacing in 1:56 while finishing just over a length behind the winner at Red Shores Charlottetown. Wade Peconi of Stanchel, P.E.I. owns the homebred pacer.
