Dining Experience Manager Sean Furlong and his culinary team always bring a positive, upbeat attitude, and an eagerness to promote local and fresh cuisine!  The Red Shores culinary team has been presented with such awards as best Dessert & Local dish at Food & Wine Savor, Taste our Island Award, & best PEI Ribs, to name a few.

Top of the Park Restaurant has tiered seating. If anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs, please let us know when booking to ensure the required seating is available for your group.

Reservations are always highly recommended for every buffet service offered.

Price is subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, gratuities and all beverages (excluding Tea & Coffee)

Different pricing structure will apply for major events (i.e., New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Old Home Week) and the Festive Holiday Season. All seating is subject to availability.

One program per 2 guests at the Top of the Park Restaurant. A charge of $2.50 for each additional program. This applies for both Thursday and Saturday race cards.
